Returning an item for refund is not a problem providing the item has not been used and is not damaged.
If you are looking to exchange your item for a different size, the procedure is as follows:
If you are looking to exchange your item for a different size, the procedure is as follows:
- Return the item - you pay for the postage.
- We order the new item and pay for the postage along with any custom charges from the USA.
- You pay for the postage of the re-ordered item so that we can post it back to you.
We will also need to check availability first from our supplier in the USA. Delivery will be the standard 10 days from the next time we place an order.
